- For online courses, you must have completed no more than 20% of the course content.
- You must provide specific feedback explaining why the product did not meet your expectations.
- One-time access materials that have been downloaded or accessed cannot be refunded due to their digital nature.
Coaching and Consulting Services
For personal coaching or consulting services, our refund policy is as follows:
- If you cancel more than 48 hours before a scheduled session, you will receive a full refund for that session.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of a scheduled session, you may be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
- For package purchases, unused sessions may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a 15% administrative fee.
- No refunds will be issued for sessions that have already been conducted.
Physical Products
For any physical products we offer (books, workbooks, etc.):
- Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
Event Tickets and Workshops
For event tickets and workshop registrations:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to another person.
- In case of event cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event.

Refund Processing Time
Once a refund has been approved, the processing time depends on your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
- PayPal: Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days.
- Bank Transfers: Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
Please note that while we process refunds promptly on our end, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution and is beyond our control.
Non-Refundable Items

Subscription Cancellations
